Titan Forge — Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Titan Forge. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital products

All products sold by Titan Forge are digital downloadable files (PDF training programs and guides). No physical product is shipped. After your purchase is completed, you will receive your files by email and/or a download link.

All sales are final

Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded. The nature of digital content means it cannot be "returned" once delivered.

EU/EEA right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, under EU consumer law, this right does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately, where you have given your express consent to receive it and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so.

By completing your purchase and downloading or accessing your files, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Exceptions

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund in the following cases:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
  • A technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing or downloading your files, and we were unable to resolve it.
  • You purchased the wrong product and have not yet downloaded or accessed the files.

Refund requests for the above must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by emailing [contact@titanforge.fit], including your order number and a description of the issue.

No refunds will be granted for:

  • Change of mind after downloading or accessing the files.
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
  • Lack of results, as outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency, nutrition, and other personal factors outside our control.
